In order to use this feature in Wolvox Restaurant Program, Stock-2 module must be licensed.

• To use this feature, you need to:

1- For WOLVOX ERP Accounting Program;

From the "Authorized" menu, go to the "General Settings" area and go to the "General" heading in the "Stock Settings" tab. Check "Use Advanced Selling Price System" and save.

• After this marking, "Sales Price List Definitions", "Sales Price List" and "Default Sales Price Lists" fields will appear in the "Sales Management" module.

Important note:

• When the advanced sales price system is active, the sales price entry fields on the stock cards will be passive. At the same time, selection will be prevented in many areas where stock sales prices are used in the program. Please consider this warning before making the relevant adjustments.

• First of all, price definitions must be created by coming to the "Sales Price List Definitions" field. The point you should pay attention to while creating the list is to enter the account type and status ("Active" must be selected to activate it) in order for the list to be active. By entering a date, you can ensure that the prices are valid between the dates you specify, or by not entering a date, you will ensure the continuous use of the list.

In Order to Avoid Conflicts in Price Lists;

• In case there are clients with common features in the price lists you create, the program will use as a base "General Settings" area from the "Authorized" menu and "Scoring" field specified under the "General" heading in the "Stock Settings" tab. If there is still a conflict despite all the adjustments, the criteria set in the "Price to Select in Case of Conflict" field will be taken as a basis.

2- For WOLVOX Restaurant Program;

• In the Wolvox 8 Restaurant program, the price list to be used is selected from the Usage Settings => “Price List to be Used for Courier Receipts” option in the program settings

• In order for the settings you made in the Wolvox 8 Restaurant program to be valid, you must make a selection for "Package Sale 1" and "Package Sale 2" in the Usage Settings menu, which in the program settings.

If you follow the above steps in order, you can sell products for your Restaurant and for your Courier at a different price.
