CREATING WAITERS IN WOLVOX ERP

Before using restaurant app, waiter user account is needed to login application.  Number  of users are depends on your licence and they are not related with Wolvox  users.  To create a waiter account follow steps in below;

1)Open ‘Client Definition’ card in Wolvox ERP.

 

Fill areas in ‘General Info’  tab according to your will. Then Mark ‘Waiter’ area and give a password in 'Custom Info 2' tag.

2)Open Wolvox Restaurant and press ‘Menu/Program Settings/PDA Server’

• Mark ‘This Computer Will Be Used as PDA Server’ area.
• To download andoid app to your device, ensure that your device(Tablet,Mobile Phone) are same internet conneciton with your computer that you are making this process.
• Type ‘http://ip_number_of_computer:PORT_No + 1/MOBIL/index.html on browser of your device.

 

3)Press ‘Menu/Authorized/ Waiter Authorization’.

 

There are 2 main authorize choices. Give ‘PDA ‘ authorize according to your will.

4)Open Wolvox Restaurant App that you downloaded. 

In connection settings part, type ip number of your computer, port number on program settings  and waiter password that you declared on client definitions  in Wolvox ERP.

There are 2 type of login modes.. First one is advanced mode for waiters and they can make every process that they can make on Wolvox Restaurant. This mode can be used by waiters and costumers. Person who approved orders can be change in settings tab as waiter or costumer. Let’s continue with first one and press login.

5)Waiters Login(1.mod)

All tables that created in Wolvox Restaurant can be seen in this page.  Waiters can press    button to open side menu and reach Tables, Kitchen Screen, Reserved Tables, Sales Reports and Settings according to authorize of waiters that you gave in Wolvox Restaurant.

• Kitchen Screen: Orders that have been sent to kitchen screen can be seen in this page.
• Reserved Tables: Tables that have been reserve can be seen in this page.
• Sales Report : Sales and Cancelletion that you made can be seen in this page.

• Settings: Settings in below can be edit in this page.

Now let’s make a sell.

Press on a table.

Products that you created can be seen in this page.  Press product that you want to sell.

• Tab: Bill content can be seen in this tab.

• Operations: Operations can be make in this tab. 

Press ’Close Tab’ to get payment.

Payment definitions that you define in Wolvox Restaurant will list in this page. Enter payment and press ‘Close Tab’.

There are 2 type menu login. These are online menu login and offline menu login. In online menu login, basically Costumers can review menu and they can create their order thatcan be sent to Wolvox Restaurant. Person who approved order can be chosen as waiter or costumer.  But in offline menu, costumers can just review the menu. Let's see first online menu login.

6)Online Menu Login(2.Mod)

Like in waiters login user will see all tables in Wolvox Restaurant. This login mode can be used by costumers and waiters. Waiters can press    button to open side menu and reach Reserved Tables and Settings according to authorize of waiters that you gave in Wolvox Restaurant.

• Reserved Tables: Tables that have been reserve can be seen in this page.

• Settings: Settings in below can be edit in this page.

Let's get an order in this login mod.

Press on a table.

Process in below can be done by waiter with password.

Waiter can open Settings by pressing button   

Waiter can close the screen by pressing button 

Screen that welcomes to customers can be set in settings tab. You can add your logo, edit background and set usage settings. 

Press 'MENU' button.

Products groups will be list in this screen. Press any group.

Press on a product.

Give a quantity and press 'Add' button.

Stock explanation definitions that have been defined in Wolvox Restaurant will list in this area. Waiter can select or type definitions manually. Then press 'X' button on left top corner.

To confirm order press 'Touch to Order' buton.

Review order and press 'Checkout' button. Order is approved now and this order can be seen in Wolvox Restaurant program and 1. Login Mod. Closing the bill can be managed from Wolvox Restaurant and 1.Login Mod. Let's try 1.Login Mod.

 Press on table that you want to close the bill.

Press 'Operation' tab.

Press 'Close Tab' button.

Select your payment and enter the amount then press 'Close Tab' button.

7) Offline Menu Login(3.Mod)

This mode is just for reviewing menu. Basically it allows you to use your device as a digital menu. Users can not add product.

Process in below can be done in this screen

Open Settings by pressing button   

Close the screen by pressing button

 Press 'MENU' button to see menu.
