Adding Customer Signature to Order and Service Appointment Operations

The signature section has been added to Order and Service Appointment transactions in the WebConnect program. To use this feature, you must use version 8.07.04 or higher of the WebConnect program.

 

1) Adding the signature in the order form

 

 

You can add the signature by pressing the signature button on the order form. In order to print the signature out on the output, a design must be made in order form in the Erp program. For this;

 

 

As mentioned in the image above, we add the image field from the 'Add Image' button. Then, we select the 'Sipariş İmza' from the parameter section and select the "Yes" option from the 'Automatic Size', 'Image Center Alignment', and 'Fit Image' fields. Finally, you can complete the design by selecting 'Dosya 2' from the Database field. After these steps are completed, you can print the customer's signature in our ERP and WebConnect applications.

 

2) Adding the signature in the service appointment form

 

 

You can add the signature by pressing the signature button on the Service Appointment form. In order to print the signature out on the printout, a design must be made in the service receipt in the Erp program. For this;

 

 

As mentioned in the image above, we add the image field from the 'Add Image' button. Then, we select the 'Sipariş İmza' from the parameter section and select the "Yes" option from the 'Automatic Size', 'Image Center Alignment', and 'Fit Image' fields. Finally, you can complete the design by selecting 'Dosya 2' from the Database field. After these steps are completed, you can print the customer's signature in our ERP and WebConnect applications.
