I do not want my stocks to fall below the (-) minus and I do not want to be allowed to sell if they fall to minus. How Can I Control It?

In your AKINSOFT program, you need to make the following steps so that your stocks do not fall to minus and if they do fall to minus, the program won't allow sales.

In the program, enter 'Admin - Definitions - General Settings'.

----------------------------------------

From the 'Stock Settings - Stock Card Settings' screen, save by selecting 'In stock limit controls, do not allow the transaction for negative stocks' option.

!!! DO NOT MARK the option 'In stock limit controls, do not allow the transaction for negative stocks' in order to receive warning when stock number will drop below minus and to continue the operation optionally.
----------------------------------------

Enter the Stock Definitions.

Open the stock which you do not want to fall below the minus.

From the 'Custom Settings 1' tab, select 'Warn if stock becomes negative'.

Save.
----------------------------------------

!!! If you want to get alerts on all your stocks;
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REVERSE THE TRANSACTION IN CASE OF AN INCORRECT TRANSACTION. IF YOU WANT TO GO BACK TO THE PREVIOUS FORM, MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE PERFORMING THE OPERATIONS. YOU CAN GET HELP FROM OUR 'A893' OR 'A894' NUMBERED ARTICLES ACCORDING TO THE DATA BASE YOU HAVE USED FOR BACKUP.

Enter the 'Stock Definitions List'.

Use filtering. All your stocks will be displayed.

Click 'Update'.

From the screen that appears, select the option ''Warn if stock becomes negative' in the 'Custom Info' field.

Click the 'Apply' button.

----------------------------------------

If you want to sell the stock after the operation is finished, if the stock will drop to negative, you will see the warning screen below and you will not be able to continue the transaction.

----------------------------------------

If you want to receive a warning and continue transaction, uncheck 'In stock limit controls, do not allow the transaction for negative stocks' in the general settings.
