How do I arrange Order Information Messages?

You can make some settings to start the alert system from WOLVOX Order general settings area. These settings which in turn will be appeared in the bottom right corner to receive information message for the assigned staff.

 

 

 

  1. With General Settings=>Order Settings=>Received Order 2=>Check the order automatic which is pending option selection, to follow the received orders which status "pending" can be made assignment to the staff.

  2. With General Settings=>Order Settings=>Received Order 2=>Check automatically approved orders option selection, to follow the received orders which status "approved" can be made assignment to the staff, thus, to be transferred the approved orders promptly to the production for related staff receiving information immediately.

 

 

 

  1. With General Settings=>Order Settings=>Received Order 2=>Check the automatic delivery date of received orders option selection, it warns the order of the upcoming delivery date before specified date, thus for preventing of the late delivery in time can be taken.

  2. With General Settings=>Order Settings=>Given Order=>Check the order automatic which is pending option selection, to follow the given orders which status "pending" can be made assignment to the staff. So, given orders for purchasing will be informed related staff that and the processes of purchasing will not have happened job loss.
