The reason of error, the program automatically creates a new form size on your default printer. You can retrieve the output by following the orders as below due to deterioration of printer's driver.

     If you are receiving the printouts on using your computer;

Solution :
* Close your commercial program,
* Remove active printer drive and reinstall.
* Select the active printer from Authorized Person / Settings / Printer settings.
* Open the program and open .arp extension form design (invoice, consignment, offer, order) without any preview from anywhere within the program.
* You make the "A4" from "custom" option where found page size area in the left side of design. Then save it.

     If you are receiving the printouts via network on using your computer;

 Solution:
* Close your commercial program.
* Do the add printer at Windows environment,
* Select the local printer from connected this computer, deactivate plug and play option then press the next button.
* Mark the create new connection via LPT1 connection point option, select the Local Port connection point then press the next button.
* Write founded on network's computer name (you may specify IP) and printer name (max. 8 characters) "Enter new connection point name"      area. (server computer name, printer name). Example: Enough to write  muhasebe01EpsonLX
* After this stages, you make your printer as a default founded on network-defined, also you make your printer as a default founded on local-defined.
