If you know your registered license number, mobile phone number, or e-mail address, you need to access https://musteri.akinsoft.net/ customer login page to create a new security code/password. Please follow the steps below in order.

Forgot Password / Get New Password After clicking the button, enter your registered license number, mobile phone number, or e-mail address on the screen that appears and click the Send button.
If you have multiple license card numbers, you must reset your password using the license number.

After entering the temporary verification code sent via SMS or e-mail, create your new password/security code.

After creating your new security code, you can log in to your customer panel or license your program using this new security code.
After entering your License Number, Mobile Phone Number, e-Mail Address, and customer password/security code, click the Login button.

After logging in, the AKINSOFT customer panel will open. On the customer panel screen, click the "Click for Ticket" button.

After clicking the Click for Ticket button, click the Continue button in the window that opens. The AKINSOFT Support Panel page will open.
From the support panel page, click the Your Profile button. On the profile page that opens, you can update your company information, e-mail address, phone number, and password.
After updating your profile information, click the New Support Ticket button on the Support Panel page.
