WOLVOX ERP Program SDK Operations

Thanks to the AKINSOFT WOLVOX SDK (Software Development Kit) program, you can export certain data registered in your WOLVOX ERP software as XML files, or transfer data from XML (Extensible Markup Language) files created in different ways into the WOLVOX ERP program. In order to import the generated XML file into the program, the XML file must comply with the sample formats provided in the attached examples. The method used to create the XML file is not important. However, in order to write data into the WOLVOX Program, it is mandatory that the XML file is created according to the sample formats.

 

How to Establish a Connection?

                First, you need to install the WOLVOX SDK program on your computer. After installation, open the program and enter the IP address of the computer from which you want to retrieve data in the "Host" field (if you are working locally, use 127.0.0.1), the update port of the WOLVOX Control Panel program in the "Port" field, the username you want to use to log into the system in the "Username" field, and the user's password in the "User Password" field. Enter the username and password provided to you by AKINSOFT in the "Developer Code" and "Developer Password" fields. Then click the "Connect" button to establish a connection with the database.

 

 

 


                After the connection is established, you need to make a selection from the "Command" field. 


Exporting Data: To generate XML data from records stored in the WOLVOX ERP program, you can use all fields listed in the "Command" section up to the XML Post section. For example, you may select the customer account list. Enter the company code and working year of the company from which you want to retrieve data into the relevant fields. 

Additional Condition (SQL): In this field, you can enter custom criteria related to the table from which you want to retrieve data. For example, while exporting the customer card list, if you only want to transfer customers whose group is "Vendor," you can write the related query code in this field. 

Field List: You can use this field to exclude certain fields from the table you are retrieving data from, or to retrieve only specific fields. For example, in the customer card list, you may choose to retrieve only the trade name field.

 

 

You can generate the file by clicking the "Request Report" button. 
 


Writing Data to the WOLVOX ERP Program: To save the data from your generated XML file into the WOLVOX ERP Program, you can use the fields located under the XML Post section in the "Command" area. The tables that support data import are listed there. As mentioned above, in order to write data successfully, the XML file must comply with the sample formats provided in the attached documentation. 

After selecting the command, click the "Upload XML" button to choose the XML file. Then click the "Request Report" button to save the uploaded XML data into the system.

 

 

 The message displayed on the screen, XML_POST_OK^MBLKODU=339, indicates that the transmitted data has been successfully saved.
 

Note: Before starting to use the SDK System, you must contact the Licensing Department and request activation of the SDK license.
