With WolvoxAI Artificial Intelligence Assistant, you can create reports related to your Invoice, Inventory, and Current Account modules with the support of artificial intelligence. To use WolvoxAI, you must first configure your Control Panel settings. After completing your settings, you can access the WolvoxAI Artificial Intelligence Assistant through the Wolvox ERP program and generate your reports.
In the Control Panel - Authorized User - Special Settings section, select the ChatGPT option under Artificial Intelligence Usage, then click the "+" button to enter your API Key information.
Create an account and sign in via https://platform.openai.com/. After signing in, navigate to the API Keys section and click "Create New Secret Key" to generate your API Key. Since API Key usage is a paid service, you must also configure your payment method in the Billing section. WolvoxAI provides AI-powered reporting and data analysis services using the OpenAI infrastructure. All charges related to these services are billed directly by OpenAI, and AKINSOFT assumes no responsibility for the billing process.
You can authorize users from Control Panel - User - User Authorization by enabling the "Can Use WolvoxAI Artificial Intelligence Assistant" permission. This permission allows the AI assistant to operate according to the authorized user's access level. Users without this permission will not be able to access WolvoxAI.
Launch the artificial intelligence assistant by clicking the AI icon located next to the Search button in the Wolvox ERP program. You can perform listing and reporting queries through the AI assistant. The assistant does not support operations such as adding, deleting, or updating records. You can also purchase e-Invoice credits directly through WolvoxAI.
To use voice commands with the WolvoxAI Artificial Intelligence Assistant, enable the Speech Recognition option in Control Panel - Special Settings.
In the Wolvox ERP program, configure the Speech Recognition settings from the settings menu on the WolvoxAI Artificial Intelligence Assistant screen. Two options are available: WolvoxAI and OpenAI. If OpenAI is selected, usage will be billed by OpenAI based on token consumption. To use WolvoxAI, your computer must have an NVIDIA 1050 graphics card or higher. If your hardware meets the requirements, the necessary files will be downloaded automatically after saving the settings. You can continue using the ERP program during the download process; however, the WolvoxAI window must remain open.
After saving the settings, click the microphone button on the WolvoxAI screen to start using voice commands.
To enable voice output in the WolvoxAI Artificial Intelligence Assistant, activate the Text-to-Speech option in Control Panel - Special Settings.
